Denise is the owner/founder of DeLux Miami Group, holds a Certification in International Property Specialization (CIPS) as well as an Independent Real Estate Broker’s License. She serves as an official Partner-Trainer for one of the nation’s largest developers, Lennar Homes.

 

She brings years of combined experience to the company’s sale force through her custom training program, “Working Together to Sell Lennar Better”. In addition, she founded “Plan Your Future”, an international seminar presented across  Brazil which focuses on educating potential investors about the South Florida Real Estate Market.
